The Space
Awake to the sound of birds chirping. The trees next door attract all manner of native birds. The house is located inside of the gated New Oak Estate complex and a quiet retreat away from the noisy streets. You have absolute privacy and tranquillity.Â
The house is a fully furnished brand new three bedroom, two bathroom home with a shared living and dining area and functional kitchen fitted with all modern appliances to help cook a shared meal.Â
Relax in a comfortable 3 and 2 seater sofa to enjoy your morning tea/ coffee or unwind after a busy day of taking in the sights and songs of Accra, Aburi and Dodowa.Â
Each bedroom is beautifully presented and equipped with a luxurious bedding, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, dedicated workspace and stylishly designed eco-luggage shelving cum clothing rack. Â
The Master bedroom has a King sized bed plus an ensuite bathroom with a water heater. Bedrooms 2 & 3 have a Queen sized bed with shared amenities and the bathroom is equipped with an instant water heater.

NSIAH QUEEN SIZED ROOM: $38 USD per nightÂ
The third bedroom is slightly bigger than the second room and features a queen bed with drawers which holds extra beddings and towels, bedside table with lamp, full-length mirror and dedicated workstation. A clothing rack with a two-tier shelving space for your luggages.Â

The 2 bathrooms have walk-in high-pressure rainfall showers and you'll never run out of hot water thanks to the infinity hot water system.
Living and dining room:
For entertainment, there is TCL Smart HD TV with unlimited high-speed Wifi, a Sonos stereo, various local board games suitable for people aged 8 years and above and a few collections of great reads.Â
The lounge has been fabulously curated with indoor plants and tastefully filled with unique interior pieces sourced locally and/or made with local artisans. Bring your laptop or tablet and nestle up to stream your favourite series on Netflix or Youtube. Or better just lounge around in the quiet oasis we have created for you. This flows into the dining area which has an extendable dining table. The table can comfortably seat 4-6 people comfortably.
Kitchen & Shared common area:
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a coffee machine, toaster, airfryer, SMEG Kettle, small fridge/freezer and a large washing machine. The modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. It includes an oven, induction cooktop and is fitted with a fire alarm.Â

Guests have access to the entire property. The courtyard doubles up as a car parking space or an outdoor entertainment area for you to enjoy for the duration of your stay.

There is a 24/7 on-site security team at the main gate of the Estate. We also have security cameras that are at vantage points on the exterior of the house.Â
Your host can be reached via email, text and a phone call 24/7. Our cleaners are on site once a week and a handyman is available if needed upon request at reasonable hours during the day or in the evening.Â
